Throughout September, select A Pea in the Pod(R) locations will host 7 for all Mankind and basq(R) Skin Care at seven locations across the country in a series of exclusive denim and beauty events. The kickoff event will be held at the A Pea in the Pod boutique within Destination Maternity(R) in New York City on September 12, 2008.
Event attendees will receive a personal jean fitting and style advice from the specialists of luxury brands A Pea in the Pod and 7 for all Mankind. 7 for all Mankind maternity jeans are available exclusively at A Pea in the Pod. Specialists will discuss the latest looks, design inspiration and provide advice on how to find the best jean for the pregnant silhouette. In addition, Fall and Holiday looks will be showcased during the evening with a special
sneak peek into Spring styles.
Representatives from basq will discuss skin care issues that arise during pregnancy and introduce the newest products and spa treatments. Basq products deliver targeted skin solutions for everything from stretch-marks to break-outs, and fatigue to swollen legs, and pamper from head-to-toe.

Basq products might be advertised as pregnancy safe but, I am sorry, they contain more then enough harmful chemicals, that rate 6-9 on Skin Deep (Cosmetic safety database). Basq is not a sighner of “Pact for safe cosmetics” either, which is a food for thoughts.
