I was charged $109 for a product I never purchased. I just ordered the trial. They billed my credit card for the full product, but I never bought it or received it.
This is a Scam, and I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. It is false advertising. And to the California . When I received the product, there were insructionsw enclosed that said that they would charge my credit ca rd with $99.95. The dad said that it was free. The rep on the phone said that the terms were in the ad so I went back adn looked and, yes, there was terms and conditions way down on the left bottom of the page in very small print. So it would be easily overlooked
Do not try this product if you want to have to pay shipping & handling AND a $20 �re-stocking fee� that they conveniently neglect to tell you on their website. I ordered the �free trial� and when I was not happy with the product (my face was SO oily because of it)the customer service was not only annoyed at me but also informed me that while I could return the product I would have to pay �restocking fee� of $20 which is NOT on their �terms and conditions�. This product is not worth your hassle. I would try DDF at Sephora or Bobbi Brown QUALITY lines and products
