Fish Oil Pills Turn Back The Clock on Aging
Natural Herbal Remedy Supplements has teamed up with one of the premier dietary supplement manufacturers to offer high quality fish oil capsules that make people healthier in so many ways.
Everybody wants to look good and feel great but many people have gone about this the wrong way, often by purchasing nutritional supplements of low potency or of little value.
The dietary supplement industry has been largely to blame for this because of its penchant to promote “miracle supplements” that are often supported by little or no scientific evidence.
However, decades and volumes of scientific research have continued to prove that fish oil remains the closest thing to the ‘fountain of youth.”
The key ingredient in fish oil is omega 3 fatty acids, an essential nutrient that everybody needs but few people in Western countries get enough of.
Numerous studies have shown that omega 3 will: promote a healthy heart, lower bad cholesterol, promote normal blood pressure, fight arthritis, fight dementia and depression, improve IQ and mood, improve testosterone, improve the quality of hair and skin and promote fat loss. The amazing thing is that this is just the short list of what taking omega 3 fish oil can do.
One study published in the August 11, 2009 edition of the Journal of the American College of Cardiology outlined just how fantastic omega 3 fish is for the heart.
The author of the article, Carl Lavie, M.D., F.A.C.C., medical director of Cardiac Rehabilitation and Prevention, Ochsner Medical Center, New Orleans, LA, had this to say: “we now have tremendous and compelling evidence from very large studies, some dating back 20 and 30 years, that demonstrate the protective benefits of omega-3 fish oil in multiple aspects of preventive cardiology.”
In a desperate bid to get people to consume more omega 3 fatty acids, many doctors recommend that people eat more fish, but as David Cassell of Natural Herbal Remedy Supplements points out, there are some major problems with this method.
Mr. Cassell states; “many people just don’t like the taste of fish or they are vegetarians who don’t eat fish at all. More importantly, many of the fish people eat today are contaminated with mercury, PCBs and other harmful substances because these fish live in polluted waters. Even eating farm-raised fish is not good enough because such fish have been fed substandard foods which limit their omega 3 content. The best way to get omega 3 in one’s diet is to take quality fish oil supplements everyday.”
Herbal supplements retailer Natural Herbal Remedy Supplements offers a unique brand of high potency fish oil pills that don’t contain contaminants of any kind. Furthermore, the capsules won’t give consumers that smelly, embarrassing fishy burp that is so typical of low quality store brand omega 3 fish oil.
Natural Herbal Remedy Supplements is totally dedicated to the health of its readers, not only because it offers high quality nutritional supplements that reduce the risk of aging and illness but also because it publishes across the internet, hype-free health articles that outline the pros and cons of nutritional supplements.

I am not a big fan of fish oil. I might be too sensitive about it but some brand has strong smell and aftertastes. But I am aware of the importance of taking Omega 3 fatty acids into your diet. I have been taking flaxseed oil instead. Are there big difference between fish oil and flaxseed oil?
Supplements are a great way i think to get your daily dose of omega fatty acids but there are also alternatives to fish oils from botanicals like flax seed oil and are actually higher in omega 3’s than fish sources. I just found this great chart on wikipedia showing which fish sources have highest amounts of mercury. Awsome blog by the way. Tons of great info here.
