During the months of testing, one Allure editor’s bathroom started to resemble something out of Hoarders, with shampoos, conditioners, cleansers, and scrubs lined up on the shelves. Even though we consult experts and test, research, and report on new products in every issue, for Best of Beauty we break it down and compare them to bring readers the products that can solve problems, save money, make them feel better, or just make life easier. Here, a sneak peek at what we’ve uncovered this year.
