Step One: Natural, defined brows
Kate’s brows were natural, yet strongly defined. This lifted and framed her face perfectly for her moment in the spotlight.
Debra says “I love eyebrows and created the “Power Brow” for those who prefer a more defined, “High Power” look.”
“With semi-permanent make-up, we can create a slightly darker brow with more depth, which is still in line with current trends, but doesn’t drown the features.
