Envi� Laboratories, LLC is a full-service, emerging contract manufacturing house offering high quality cosmetic formulations. Founded in 2009, Envi� develops unique and innovative formulations on a contract basis for a wide range of clients - from small, independently owned companies to individuals.
Combining her love for chemistry and beauty, Desiree Mattox–owner and lead chemist–refers to herself as a �resident nerd� and �product junkie�, specializing in developing natural and organic products. Whether you are creating a single product, a new line of products or re-vamping an existing line, Mattox is equipped to handle all of your product development needs, while maintaining an economical cost.

Mattox�s experience in product research and development has afforded her the ability to assist spas, salons and entrepreneurs with contract manufacturing, consulting and turn-key service options. With an abundance of laboratory experience, she has developed an array of formulations including moisturizers, butters, scrubs, lipbalm, lip gloss, color cosmetics, hair care products, and much more.� She has also consulted for startup companies assisting them with all aspects of launching a beauty brand including product formulation and regulatory compliance for cosmetics and cosmetic/drugs.
Also known as the �beauty connoisseur�, Mattox earned a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry for the sole purpose of developing cosmetics, personal care products and fragrances. During the course of her undergraduate studies, she gained experience in a variety of chemical industries including water purification, medical lab preparations and analytical/environmental chemistry
while also conducting research on quality control for fragrances.
