L’Oreal’s 40th Because You’re Worth It Anniversary Party
Last weekend, Los Angeles and Vanity Girl Hollywood was abuzz with the parties surrounding the Golden Globes and in the midst of all this glamour, beauty giant LOreal celebrated a landmark of its own the 40th Anniversary of its famous slogan, Because Im Worth It.
Miss Golden Globe 2012 Rainey Qualley, co-hosted the event with her famous movie and TV star mother, Andie McDowell. The star-studded cocktail party was attended by Tina Fey, Joey Maalouf and beauty insiders like YouTube Guru Kandee Johnson, celebrity makeup artist Jeffrey Paul and Vanity Girl Hollywoods Maxine Tatlonghari.
YouTube guru Kandee Johnson was approached by LOreal to lend her social media talent to their Golden Globes and anniversary celebrations. Celebrity stylist Johnny Lavoy, a key member of the LOreal beauty team, styled Kandees hair into a dramatic updo.
Also on deck was celebrity makeup artist, Jeffrey Paul whose credits and clients include Vogue, Tyra Banks, and beauties from both Hollywood and Bollywood.
Hollywood has fallen in love with LOreal and their beauty products, says Paul. The cocktail party was a great way to catch up with friends, and be introduced to new products and take home some old favorites.
Of course, no Beverly Hills party is complete without a generous SWAG bag and LOreal didnt disappoint. Color addicts can celebrate with the launch of the new LOreal Colour Riche Nail Collection featuring 42 super shiny shades based upon the following moods: Iconic Muse, Femme Fatale, Hopeless Romantic and Trend Setter. The company even turned their slogan into a new shimmery gold nail shade appropriately named Because Youre Worth It.
